1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jbdjl platform, including all services offered at jbdjl.net — cricket sportsbook betting, live dealer casino, slot games, crash games (including Tower and Zuma Dragon), payment services, customer support, and any promotional or bonus programmes operated by jbdjl ("the Platform" or "jbdjl Services").

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

jbdjl reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jbdjl support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

If jbdjl determines that a player has provided false information regarding their age, the account will be permanently closed, any remaining balance will be reviewed in line with applicable legal obligations, and winnings obtained while underage may be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on jbdjl at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jbdjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus credits. Genuine deposits made to duplicate accounts may be returned at jbdjl's discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jbdjl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jbdjl strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling any available secondary authentication features on your account.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must contact jbdjl's live support team immediately. jbdjl is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to secure your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jbdjl supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-based payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile financial services), and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

jbdjl is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, jbdjl reserves the right to suspend the account, hold pending withdrawals, and report the activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Players must not use jbdjl as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment methods without genuine gambling activity.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

jbdjl's cricket sportsbook offers markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, Bangladesh national team fixtures, and selected other cricket and sporting events. All bets are accepted at jbdjl's published odds at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance — the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.

In-play betting is available on selected markets. jbdjl reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during significant match events such as wickets, power plays, or reviews. Bets placed before a market is suspended remain valid unless the relevant match is abandoned.

5.2 Match Abandonment and Void Bets

If a match or event is abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed — as defined for each sport in jbdjl's specific sports betting rules — all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your account. Partial completions (e.g., one innings completed in a cricket match) are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the applicable sport's settlement rules.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side error attributable to jbdjl, affected stakes will be returned to the player's balance. jbdjl is not liable for losses resulting from the player's own internet connectivity issues or device failures.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jbdjl offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and other culturally significant periods in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jbdjl operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers, placing low-risk offsetting bets to manufacture wagering turnover, and any other conduct that jbdjl reasonably determines to be an attempt to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, jbdjl reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.

6.4 Promotional Changes

jbdjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions where a player has already opted in and begun wagering will be applied prospectively and will not affect qualifying activity already completed. 7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jbdjl Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or transaction;
• Accessing jbdjl using automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any other non-human mechanism;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with jbdjl's technical infrastructure;

• Facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through jbdjl's payment systems;

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jbdjl staff or other players via support channels;
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions in bad faith, including through duplicate accounts or coordinated group wagering;
• Accessing jbdjl from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law — it is your responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent jbdjl's geographic or account-level restrictions.

jbdjl reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, which may include bet voiding, balance freezing, account suspension, permanent account closure, and referral to law enforcement authorities where legally required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your jbdjl account at any time by contacting the live support team via chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed to your registered payment method. Remaining real-money balance will be returned to you; any bonus balance not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Closure for Breach of Terms

jbdjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in material breach of these Terms without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, jbdjl may also void all associated bets and forfeit the account balance in line with the specific violation. 8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion, cooling-off, or problem gambling concerns — should contact the live support team, who will process the request immediately and with priority. During any responsible gaming exclusion period, jbdjl will suppress all marketing communications to the player's registered contact details. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, or bet activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jbdjl may deduct an inactivity maintenance fee from dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule displayed in the cashier section. Players will be notified via their registered contact details before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after an inactivity period may be closed without further notice.
